In this class we combine traditional asana with other specific mobility moves. The idea is to offer a bit of "strength training" to our joints! We use the body, props, and breath to enhance, deepen, coordinate, and balance our movement for maximum body control, flexibility, strength, and usable range of motion.
This class is deeply rooted in Yoga Philosophy connecting Ancient Sacred Texts to modern day living.
