The Vayus (6 Week Series)

This six-weeks series will focus on how the energy in your body moves. For example, when sitting or standing the pelvis and legs should be heavy and rooted with your spine lifted upward. When this alignment gets mixed up, you don't feel as good physically or energetically, or you may "feel off." 

Join us to learn some simple ways to feel better on all levels. This series of six classes will include movement, breathing, and some meditation, and there will be time for me to answer any additional questions you may have.
