Oh my goodness, the relationship between the rib cage and pelvis is such a central part of our movements! If you can understand the positioning and movement patterns of this section of your body, everything else will tend to fall into place. When your core is aligned, not only do you feel better physically but you have increased energy as well. We would love for you to join this class designed for all levels to dive into your core and how it works.
