Let’s explore the wonders of props!

This workshop can enrich your practice by deepening your experience with the use of props as a way to engage your creativity and elevate your Higher Self. Whether you are a yoga teacher, a beginner or a long time practitioner, all can benefit by deepening your knowledge of alignment with props.

In this workshop we will have fun in a mindful and nurturing way. There are so many different types of props (straps, bolsters, sandbags, blocks, chairs, blankets,..etc.)and ways to use them which will help you unleash your full potential. In the first half of this workshop we will explore them and learn how to use props properly. In the second half of the workshop , we will partake in a nice and deep nurturing practice with the props. By the end of this workshop you will feel more confident to apply props in supportive and safe ways to enrich your practice deeper on your path of yoga.

Gota is a 500-RYT with over two decades of experience and daily practice on asanas and mindful meditation, as well as trained in Oriental philosophies.
