If you are working with a tight, injured or sensitive back, what are some ways that yoga can help, and in which postures should you proceed with a little more caution? Also, why is too much "core strengthening" often counterproductive?

In this two-hour workshop, expect a little anatomical exploration as well as some practical guiding principles to help you nourish your back in any class. We’ll finish with an all-levels mindful yoga practice focused on strategies for staying out of pain. Leave with a fresh perspective on your practice, deepening its potential to support your good health for the long run.
