This class is a personal exploration in creative, spiritual, physical and mental awareness. Meditation, yoga asana, dynamic movement, poetry, readings, and music aid in cultivating a setting for self-inquiry and reflection. Expect to begin slowly and deliberately, and to journey through class with movement progressions that respect your innate body wisdom. You'll be guided through a variety of thoughtful sequencing patterns and rhythms, finishing with savasana, a restorative pose of choice, or seated meditation. This is an all-levels class; yoga experience is recommended but not required.
