Love of Wisdom Immersion: Exploring the Roots of Yoga Philosophy
300 Hour Teacher Training
Continue Evolving + Keep Your Heart Fire Kindled

Continue to follow your heart, and thirst to evolve as a yoga practitioner and teacher. Our 300 hour program is designed for graduates of AYC and any other 200 hour program who wish to dive deeper and grow within more specialized areas of yoga and teaching craft study.

Immerse yourself in the philosophy and practice of Yoga by learning about the root texts and traditions from which it emerged. Yoga is an outlier among philosophical traditions on many fronts: it does not require any beliefs or dogma to practice, it is non-sectarian, it is already trauma informed and offers a unique method to recover from trauma so one can abide in the form of their choosing.

This course is open to all levels, and is not exclusive to those who are seeking Yoga Alliance credit. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Programs Coordinator via email at programs@youryoga.com.

Eligible for 50 Yoga Alliance Contact Hours
