Offer your nervous system deep nourishment at the end of the day as Maeve guides you in and out of restful postures paired with optional breathing practices, and guided meditations. You will be offered options for resting in the postures in a more "restorative way" (not much stretch sensation, fully supported by props, more focus on releasing all effort), or a more "yin way" (more stretch sensation targeting connective tissues of the body).
