Back to Basics (6 Week Series)

Please join us for six consecutive sessions focusing on the fundamentals for a sustainable yoga practice. Joe will teach principles of alignment to refine your yoga practice and optimize its effects. Students with a regular yoga practice will benefit greatly from returning to the basics.

This is a Hybrid class class (online and in person), we will take the time to break down certain poses, breath practices, and mediation. The recordings will be available for one week after the class and is a great way to deepen your personal practice. The power of the series is that the information builds on itself week to week, giving participants a chance to understand yoga deeply. Think of it as a six-week workshop. Unlike regular online classes, there will be plenty of time for Q&A during and after each class.
