4. Everything you Knee-d to Know

The knee is fascinating because not only does it consist of the "official" knee joint where the femur meets the tibia, but it also involves patella that actually lives inside your quadriceps tendon and slides back and forth within a groove in the femur bone. Beyond that, the knee is often an innocent bystander that gets caught in an argument between the hip and the ankle. In this session, we'll get into some of these relationships to better understand the knee joint and the patellofemoral joint. Then we'll use our practice to explore and support our knees.
