Breathwork:
(20 - 30 minutes)
Learn simple breathing exercises that will assist in relaxation & elevation.
Providing support for the nervous system, spiritual self, and circulatory system.
From the muscles to the mind, learn to release tension and wake up the senses.
Gentle Yoga:
Hatha & Restorative:
(30 minutes)
We will learn simple stabilizing, restorative, gentle poses, working with the foundational physical and energetic body. Slow, relaxing, and simple step-by-step instruction to ease into oneself. Great for Beginners & All Levels!
Meridians & Vagus Nerve Focus:
(10 minutes)
Vagus Nerve: We will learn to balance the largest nerve in the body.
Simple & profound parasympathetic nervous system exercises, focusing on activation of the breath & optional physical pressure-point work.
Sound & Vocal Healing:
(15 minutes)
This Class May Include:
Meditation, Breathing Exercises, Pressure Point Exercises,
Alchemy Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini and Vedic Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Aromatherapy (will check in prior to using scents).
We will learn tools to incorporate in your every day life and ease tension.
