"Taoist Tea Time" Advice and Coaching
Every Wednesday night, our community will gather for a virtual "tea" and group coaching session. We start with a mindfulness practice geared around enjoying a simple taoist tea ceremony. (Make sure to check the blog for the tea of the week, or make your own.) Then we settle into a group dialogue about our individual goals for health, spirituality, relationships, career, etc... This is for people who want to take what they are learning on the mat or cushion and use it to catapult real transformation in their life. Participants may choose to join in and just listen, or more actively share their goals and seek coaching and accountability and strategies from the group. Group coaching is a powerful way to make real and lasting habit changes in your life. This session is sure to inspire you and connect you with other like-minded yogis on the path of living more in harmony with your true nature.
