Power 45 is designed to strengthen and tone all the muscle groups using classic strength moves set to motivating music. This 45-minute class uses light to medium weights powered by a high number of repetitions to help develop lean, strong muscle while increasing athleticism and supporting bone health. Our clients rave about this class and say they notice a big difference in their strength as a result!
