Pilates (Intro level)

Pilates is a gentle full body exercise program that develops strength, flexibility, and endurance without bulk. The focus is on core stability, pelvic and shoulder stability, alignment, and breathing. Tie these together to revitalize yourself, relieve tension and build balance. It is suitable for all ages. These classes will be led by certified Group Fitness Instructor Ann Ripley. Ann is an active practitioner of this art form and is currently working toward her Pilates certification.
