Meet us at the barre (pronounced "bar," still in Montpelier)! Fusing pilates, yoga, and ballet movements, this class strengthens, lengthens, and tones all of your major muscle groups including arms, core, butt, and legs. Each class is different, but may incorporate resistance bands, pilates balls, gliding discs, or light dumbbells.
Please note, we practice either barefoot or wearing special grippy socks (up to you) available for purchase at the studio.
