This 30 minute class is a fast-paced, total body workout. We've selected the movements to target all your major muscle groups. It's the same sequence every time, so you know what to expect and don't have to spend a lot of time learning movements. No special equipment required so this is easily done from home. You just need a mat and a set of dumbbells. Grab some water and get ready to sweat!
