A 60 minute class to focus on building heat, strength, and breath through slower, intentional movement. Together, we’ll work through deepening the connection between breath and movement, finding the subtleties of vinyasa within poses, and finding the edge of poses to build strength and confidence.  
Although this isn’t a “beginners” class, the slower pace and time to explore poses make it a great starting point.
