This 75 minute Yin class is held on the evening of the Full Moon and New Moon. Class will consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues, or fascia. In the Yin practice we will be working with this tissue in several quiet, but often challenging holds that can last up to five minutes. Come to this class to experience the power of a Yin while practicing under the beaming light of the Moon.
