- Bathing suit is required for this service & please arrive ready to plunge suited up!
- Come with a clean body- no oils, lotions or scented products
- Tie your hair up, no loose hair please
- Bring your own towel

- Individuals must make separate appointments (no shared Cold Plunge time)
- Cold Plunge-Single Session pass is valid for one month from purchase date. 10 Pack is valid for 6 months from purchase date
